Privacy
The short version: we only use your details to sort out your pickup, we don't sell them to anyone, and we'll delete them if you ask.
The longer version
What we collect
Only what you type into the form on the home page: your first name, your suburb, how you'd like us to contact you and the email address or number to do it, roughly how much you've got, what's in it, and how you heard about us. Plus, if you choose to tell us, when you need it gone and why you're getting in touch. If you text or DM us instead, we've got whatever is in that message.
What we use it for
Getting in touch with you about your pickup, and nothing else. No mailing list, no marketing messages. "How did you hear about us" is only so we know where people are finding us.
Who else sees it
Just the two of us. Our form runs on Netlify, so the entry sits with them until we delete it, and we get an email when one comes in. We don't sell, rent or hand your details to anyone else.
How long we keep it
Until your pickup is sorted, plus a bit after in case you get back in touch. Then it goes.
Getting it deleted
Message us on Instagram at @radwarehouseau and say so, and we'll delete it. You don't have to give a reason. Same if you want to see what we've got, or fix something that's wrong.
Cookies
We don't set any. The only thing this site stores on your device is your first name, kept in the browser tab just long enough to say thanks by name after you send the form. Closing the tab clears it.
