If you don't know every brand, that's fine, just tell us what you do know, or describe the kind of thing it is (dressy, casual, a few nicer pieces mixed in, whatever). We get in touch and have a proper chat
We reach out as soon as we can, through your preferred means of communication. We'll ask a few questions and might ask for a couple of photos, just so we both know it's a good fit before anyone drives anywhere. If it is, we lock in a day and time that works for you.

We come and go through it with you
We look through everything with you, then land on one number for the lot, cash on the spot.

We pack it all up and take it with us there and then. One visit, done. Cash in hand, or bank transfer if you'd rather.

What we take, and what we don't
Being picky is how we stay in business. Here's exactly where the line is, so nobody's surprised on the day.

- Kids' clothes
- Underwear and socks
- Clothes that have been worn to death: pilled, stretched, faded or coming apart at the seams
- Anything that belongs in the bin: big stains, holes, mould, or a damp or smoke smell
- School and work uniforms with logos on them
- Linens
- Homewares
A dodgy zip, a missing button or a small mark won't rule something out. We point those out to buyers before they bid, and they still sell.
We're clothes buyers, not a rubbish removal service. If a bag is mostly things from the "don't take" list, we'll leave it out of the offer and tell you why. Most of the time we'll spot that in the photos before we visit.
Questions people ask
How much do you pay?
Depends on what you've got, brand, style, condition and demand all play a part. We pay based on resale value, not what it cost new, same as any small business, we need enough margin to make it worthwhile. Can't give an exact number until we've seen everything in hand.
Why not sell it myself?
Honestly, you probably would make more selling it yourself. This is for people who want to move a large amount of items at once, quickly, without the photos, the listing, the back and forth with buyers, or the shipping. Cash now, no hassle, that's the trade.
What if my stuff isn't good enough?
No stress, that's what the quick chat's for. We'll be upfront if it's not a match before anyone drives anywhere.
Do you take everything?
No, it comes down to what we can actually resell, so brand, style and demand all play a part. Have a look at what we take and what we don't and you'll get a good idea before you even fill in the form.
How fast can you come?
It varies, we're usually juggling a few pickups at once, so it could be tomorrow or a couple of weeks away. We'll sort a time that works for both of us during the chat. If it's urgent, let us know and we'll see what we can do.
Do I need to sort or wash it?
Washing helps, clean items are easier to place and worth more to us. Sorting's not necessary, we go through everything piece by piece when we're there anyway, so don't stress about organising it beforehand.
What happens to it?
We resell it through online marketplaces. Anything we can't sell goes to charity.
Do I need to be home?
Not necessarily you, but someone who can look at the offer and say yes or no on the spot needs to be there.
Do you need to come inside?
Not really, we just need somewhere we can lay everything out and go through it properly, garage, living room, your closet, wherever suits you. The main thing is we can pull it out piece by piece and check it.
About us
We're a family owned small business based in the Sutherland Shire, husband, wife, and our little one along for the ride. We started this because we hated seeing good clothes end up in landfill or forgotten in the back of a wardrobe when they could be finding someone new. So now it's our job, we take it off your hands and get it back out there.
We also run our live shows on Whatnot, which is where most of your clothes end up. We're the ones telling buyers the zip's a bit dodgy before they bid.
We're a husband and wife from the Sutherland Shire. We do this around a day job, in the evenings and on weekends.
